Today for this activity we needed to design a unique prosthetic leg for Mosha. A elephant that stood on a landmine losing one of her legs, she was only 7 months old when this happened, people thought she wouldn’t make it but other people came togather to create her a new prosthetic leg.
I used this colours to represent one of the habitats for elephant “African Safari” I also drew siluets of other animals that would normally live there as while.

Your design for Mosha’s prosthetic leg is very thoughtful. I was moved by the fact you shared about her being only 7 months old when she lost her leg to a landmine. Using the “African Safari” theme for the habitat and including silhouettes of other animals is a creative way to make the prosthetic feel like part of her natural world.
I noticed you mentioned a bird silhouette on the leg, what other animals did you decide to include in your “African Safari” design?

I appreciated how you explained Mosha’s story and how people worked together to help her after losing her leg at such a young age.
